Oracle HCM Consultant

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Time & Labor Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation of the Oracle HCM Time and Labor module

Organize and execute testing while ensuring the implementation partner stays on track

Provide hands-on support as needed during the configuration and testing phases

Required Qualifications

Deep knowledge of the Oracle HCM Time and Labor module

Experience in Oracle HCM configuration and testing execution

Experience managing a system integrator or implementation partner

Understanding of the connection between Time and Labor module and time clocks in manufacturing facilities

Familiarity with Accu-Time's TimeCom platform and Oracle HCM Web Clock feature is desirable
