Overview

Full-time BCBA / BCaBA – ABA Therapy for Children with Autism. Base pay range : $40.00 / hr - $80.00 / hr.

This role focuses on supporting neurodivergent children through Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and collaborative, family-centered approaches. We are seeking a passionate and skilled full-time Early Childhood BCBA / BCaBA to join Finni Health (YC W23).

Key Responsibilities (Full-Time)

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP).
• Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
• Provide direct behavior intervention services in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate records and data collection.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations.
