Shipping Clerk – UPS WorldShip & FedEx Ship Manager

  • Location : Woodland, CA
  • Pay Rate : $20 / hour
  • Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
  • Job Type : Temp-to-Hire
  • Start Date : ASAP

Job Summary

We’re currently seeking an experienced Shipping Clerk to join our client’s team in Woodland, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager , as these programs will be used daily to process outbound shipments. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced warehouse environment with potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, label, and process outbound shipments using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager software.
  • Enter and verify shipment details, including package weights, dimensions, and destination addresses.
  • Ensure accuracy in packaging, labeling, and shipping documentation.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures.

    • Requirements

  • Experience using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager (required).
  • Previous warehouse or shipping / receiving experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
