Job Summary : We are a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company that specializes in the transformation of data in the US healthcare industry through cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. We are in search of a seasoned and forward-thinking Director- AI Product Delivery. This role is pivotal for both technological advancement and driving business impact. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President-AI Product Delivery (Global). Ideal candidate should have proven growth journey from Software developer to leadership in fast-paced IT product companies, should have a strong background in technology, strategy, and AI product delivery to join our dynamic team. This key leadership role is instrumental in driving our technological vision and ensuring that our innovative solutions continue to redefine data quality in the healthcare sector. Your leadership will play a critical role in our mission to deliver state-of-the-art solutions to our healthcare clients.

Job Duties :

• Drive the technical development of AI-based healthcare products and guide the sales / marketing efforts to ensure successful adoption and market penetration.
• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap outlining the strategic direction for AI-based data clinical products for HiLabs.
• Formulate strategies to leverage AI technologies for cleaning healthcare data and extracting insights to improve the quality of care for health insurance members.
• Lead & coordinate a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to develop features for clinical products.
• Define project milestones, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap. Utilize project management tools such as Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and facilitate collaboration among team members.
