What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Accelerate revenue growth in the Manufactured Housing sector by driving new sales, nurturing existing client relationships, and expanding strategic partnerships and distribution channels.
- Design and lead a multi-channel sales strategy that effectively positions Manufactured Housing offerings across diverse markets and customer segments.
- Establish a scalable, repeatable sales process that delivers consistent, industry-leading growth and aligns with business objectives.

What are the requirements needed for this position?
A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business development within the property and casualty insurance industry, with a demonstrated history of driving revenue growth and cultivating high-impact strategic partnerships.Deep understanding of the manufactured housing industry, including key stakeholders such as manufacturers, lenders, agents, and community operators.Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level executives and navigating complex business and financial transactions within industry-specific distribution channels.Bachelor's degree required; advanced business acumen and strategic thinking strongly preferred.Effective leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results through both formal and informal channels of influence.What other skills / experience would be helpful to have?

Up to 60% travelPay Range : $119,600.00 - $199,800.00
