Job Description

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Retail Patrol in Frazeysburg, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to guests and staff. Your presence and proactive approach will contribute to a welcoming environment, while your customer service skills and clear communication will help address questions or concerns. You will support a culture built on teamwork, reliability, and integrity, and play an important role in maintaining a positive experience for everyone at the location.

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
