Who You Are
Self-motivated and eager to learn.Excellent communicator with strong people skills.Organized, coachable, and team-oriented.Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and digital tools.Licensed real estate agent (or in process of obtaining license).What Youll Do
Build relationships with buyers and sellers through consistent follow-up.Conduct consultations, showings, and open houses.Manage transactions from contract to close with professionalism.Use NAV systems and training to grow your personal business.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $48,000 $190,000+ per year (Commission + Bonus)
