Start Date : 10.20.2025

Work Location : Hybrid Schedule- Work on-site in Santa Clara County, CA - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. 2 days remote.

Project Deliverables

This project provides comprehensive support to a retail prototyping team focused on creating store prototypes. The support encompasses a range of activities including design problem-solving, project management, resource allocation, prototyping skills, and daily operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Project and Resource Management : Identify opportunities to staff prototyping, design, and execution jobs appropriately. Manage project schedules, intake, prototyping timelines and track progress for both creative execution and prototyping design, including for Creative Core and Executive Walkthroughs.

Operational Oversight : Ensure the labs remain operational and safe. Develop and implement business continuity plans for each lab function (addressing downtime or high volume). Conduct stand-ups (daily, bi-weekly, as needed) to onboard new jobs and assist the team with prioritization.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication : Liaise with producers and Xfunctional business partners as necessary to ensure asset delivery and timings are understood, and solution with them if adjustments are needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for executive reviews, including organizing assets for incoming mock up requests.

Software and Machine Proficiency

Software Expert Level : Adobe Software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)

Software Proficiency : Miro, Figma, SketchUp, SolidWorks, Cloud-based software (Docs, Slides, Spreadsheets, Smartsheet)

Machines Operations Proficiency : 3D Printing, 2D Printing & Cutting, Fabrication, Woodworking Tools, and General hand tools
