Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive Functional Medicine care emphasizing prevention and wellness

Perform detailed patient evaluations including lifestyle, genetics, and environmental factors

Develop individualized care plans targeting root causes of chronic conditions

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes

Engage in ongoing education and research related to Functional Medicine advances

Utilize telehealth and traditional methods for patient consultations

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems

Job Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited program

Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty

Formal training or significant experience in Functional Medicine preferred

Valid Wyoming medical license or willingness to obtain

Commitment to relocate to Gillette, WY (no travelers)

Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
