A concrete floor coating specialist applies durable, high-quality coatings to concrete surfaces, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.  This role involves surface preparation, coating applications, and ensuring a flawless finish.  Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, quality-focused and have experience in painting and are mechanically inclined.  Comprehensive training is provided with opportunities for advancement, making this a hands-on, rewarding role in a rapidly growing industry. Requirements

Job Skills / Requirements :

• Construction experience / mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the shop.
• Positive attitude and team player mentality.
• Operate a truck with a trailer attached.
• Adheres to proper safety techniques.
• Builds and sustains positive homeowner relations.
• Ability to follow directions and learn our installation process.
