Job descriptionDevelop personalized exercise programs consistent with customer fitness and exercise goals. Conduct training service sessions with customers, including TFE's Fitness Assessment, FitEQ introductory training package, individual / partner / group training sessions, etc. Continuously monitor and assist customers of the club at the service desk and on the exercise floor to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises. Consistently achieve monthly production goals established by the Fitness Director and / or Assistant Fitness Director. Maintain exercise floor, equipment, and facility cleanliness to ensure readiness for use. Maintain fitness and sports amenities in the club such as Basketball, Volleyball, and Rock Climbing areas during family time, pick up, league, or general use. Must hold a current CPR / AED certification. Demonstrated previous successful personal training experience in a commercial fitness center. A current nationally accredited personal training certification (example : ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSPA) OR a college degree in an exercise-related field.
The Fitness Equation ("TFE") is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to provide fitness instruction and programming that improves the lives of our customers. The Personal Trainer reports to the Fitness Director and / or Assistant Fitness Director of the club.
