Hematology Oncology Locums Physician - North Carolina, Coastal Access and Full-Time Potential Outpatient Hematology and Oncology assignment in North Carolina, just an hour from Myrtle Beach. Highlights Full-scope Hematology and Oncology, slightly Hem-focused Up to full-time; flexible schedule with 2-week blocks or 2 days per week Courtesy call rotation only, 1 : 3 with minimal after-hours interaction Credentialing in 30 to 60 days Practice Setting Outpatient-only cancer center, 35,000 sq. ft. 16 infusion chairs, onsite PET, lab, and radiology Supported by 2 MDs, 1 Radiation Oncologist, 3 APPs, nurses, and navigators EPIC charting; no hospital rounds or procedures Schedule Monday through Friday, 8a to 5p 7 clinical hours and 1 administrative hour daily Up to 16 patients per day, open to adjusting template Long-term ongoing coverage available Cases and Procedures Adult-only patient population Common diagnoses : lymphoma, leukemia, anemia, breast, lung, and GI cancers New visits booked for 40 to 60 minutes; follow-ups 15 to 30 minutes No procedures required Requirements Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology Active North Carolina license BLS and DEA certifications Travel Accommodations All travel and lodging expenses covered Located within easy reach of the Carolina coast Let me know if you'd like to discuss available dates or shift structure.
