Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Le Mars, Iowa. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Home Health Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 32 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Job Title : RN – Home Health Location : Le Mars, IA Duration : 13 Weeks Shift / Schedule : 8-hour shifts per week. Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours / week Requirements : Home Health RN who will be responsible for the care of patients in their home. Our service area is Plymouth County, Iowa. The qualified candidate will have 2 years of experience performing OASIS assessments and care planning for in-home patients. Previous experience with our EMR, Meditech, is a plus. This person will also be in the call rotation for the department, one in four. Scheduled shifts are days, Monday through Friday. We are open to 32-40 hours per week. Benefits :
