Role: Net Support LeadLocation: Hartford, CT Hybrid Onsite days a week
Fulltime Salary: $K- $K/yr Support lead with expertise in C, .NET (, , Core), SQL Server , WebForms, MVC, JavaScript, and jQuery. The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading a onsite offshore support team that provides L/L support to business critical applications.
Candidate will perform following activities
- Manage L/L services in onsite offshore model for legacy applications developed in using .NET Framework (, , .NET Core, and (WebForms, MVC) on AWS platform
- Lead support team of fullstack developers and SQL developers.
- Establish support processes which are adhering to ITIL guidelines
- Manage client expectations. Setup right expectations through effective communication and reporting.
- Provide L/L support
- Establish efficient Incident triaging, tracking mechanism to adhere to contractual SLA.
- Support, develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures.
- Work with Visual Studio to support, develop and debug applications.
- Implement client-side scripting using JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver enhancements
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Technical Skills Required:
- Backend: C, .NET , .NET , .NET Core
- Frontend: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
- Database: SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Indexing, Optimization)
- Frameworks: WebForms, MVC
- IDE & Tools: Visual Studio , Git/TFS, Azure DevOps
- Web Services: RESTful APIs, Web API, WCF (optional)
- Working knowledge of Atlassian Jira and ServiceNow
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Atalasoft dotImage, kendo Controls is a plus
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
