Education : Completion of an accredited Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) program is required; a Master of Social Work (MSW) is preferred.
Experience : Ideally, 1-3 years of experience in medical facilities, hospice, or home care settings.
Requirements : Current licensure as a BSW in the state of Kansas, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within three months of hire, and a valid Kansas driver's license with appropriate auto insurance. Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, accountability, and the ability to work autonomously while managing complex projects are essential.
