  • 7 on, 7 off (Mon-Fri with Sat & Sun call coverage)- some weeknight call is preferred
  • Weekend call is Fri night to Monday morning.
  • Small community hospital
  • Uro, ortho, endo, podiatry, gen surg, ob. No hearts, heads
  • Slow day is 12-14 cases, full day is 25-28
  • 50% solo cases, 50% CRNA supervision
  • 5 operating rooms
  • ASAP ongoing
  • ACLS, BLS
  • Not willing to license
  • Emergency privs available- 45-60 days regular credentialing
