Schedule : 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm with every other weekend rotation | Alternating Holiday Rotation, required.

What You'll Do in This Role :

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) team. In this role, you will provide vital in-home care and support that empowers older adults to remain safely in their homes while maintaining their dignity and independence.
