RN Supervisor Responsibilities You'll Love :

Supervise and coordinate nursing activities

Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

Monitor patient care and ensure that all residents receive the highest standard of care

Respond to emergency situations and make critical decisions when necessary

Ensure proper documentation of resident care and incidents

Communicate with families and physicians regarding patient care and any changes in condition

What We Look For :

Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey

Previous nursing supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care setting

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively

Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing the best care

Note : Pay rates are determined based on experience and are subject to applicable shifts.
