This individual will be pivotal in enhancing Dogwoods market presence through creative marketing materials, digital engagement, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, edit, and maintain marketing collateral, including property flyers, pitch books, and presentations.
• Update and manage content across company websites and listing platforms such as CoStar and LoopNet.
• Maintain an active and consistent presence on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create new marketing strategies and materials for business development.
• Develop and execute email and direct mail campaigns.
• Monitor competitor marketing efforts and apply industry best practices.
• Propose and implement new initiatives to expand Dogwoods brand visibility and market reach.
