What You'll Do

• Coordinate purchasing activity : Place and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and services that support daily operations and ongoing projects.
• Build strong vendor relationships : Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable delivery schedules.
• Keep production on track : Monitor open orders, track shipments, and communicate proactively about delays or changes to internal teams.
• Support inventory planning : Collaborate with department leaders to forecast material needs, resolve shortages, and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
• Own the details : Verify invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare reports on purchasing activity and supplier performance.
