We are a rapidly growing mobile healthcare organization dedicated to delivering advanced wound care directly to patients in their homes and long-term care facilities throughout the Detroit Metro region. We are seeking an independent, specialized Nurse Practitioner who is ready to invest in a role that is committed to becoming full-time as our patient census quickly expands across the tri-county area.

This is not a temporary part-time position; it is a pipeline to a secure, benefits-eligible full-time career.

Your Role & Full-Time Trajectory

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy in a field-based role, providing life-changing wound care while covering a dedicated territory within the larger Detroit region (Wayne, Macomb, Oakland, and surrounding counties).

What You Will Accomplish

Advanced Clinical Care : Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and deliver evidence-based treatment for complex, chronic, and acute wounds in the mobile setting.

Procedural Expertise : Perform necessary advanced procedures on-site, including sharp debridement and biospecimen collection.

Operational Excellence : Apply Lean methodologies to optimize charting (EMR), logistics, and workflow efficiency across your territory.

Coordination : Serve as the expert wound care consultant, ensuring seamless communication with primary care physicians and facility staff.

Required Credentials & Commitment

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).

Active and unrestricted Michigan NP license.

Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner.

Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel throughout the Detroit Metro region.

Willingness and availability to transition to a full-time, 5-day-per-week schedule based on company census growth.
