Koch Engineered Solutions is hiring an Associate of Strategy and Business Development in Wichita, KS. Our ideal candidate possesses the ability to effectively and concisely translate detailed financial and market analysis into key takeaways and actionable items for our leadership team. This role will partner closely with business leaders across the organization to develop and implement key growth strategies and investment theses to shape the future of KES.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and investment analyses to support investment decision-making.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform operational and strategic decisions for KES businesses and inorganic growth opportunities.
• Support the execution of growth strategies, including organic growth or add-on acquisitions.
• Assist in identifying and implementing business efficiencies in KES companies (e.g., cost reduction, process optimization).
