Job descriptionHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Employee pricing on vehicles, parts & service Paid vacation and paid time off (PTO) Employee recognition and performance bonuses Ongoing training and professional development Career advancement opportunities CLOSED every Sunday guaranteed time off Connect with customers in person and online to understand their needs and help match them with the right vehicle Guide buyers through the sales process, including product demonstrations, test drives, trade-ins, and financing options Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, features, pricing, and promotions to confidently assist and inform customers Follow up with prospects and recent buyers to build relationships, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals Use the dealerships CRM to manage leads, track communications, and maintain accurate customer records Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a smooth, customer-first experience from start to finish Previous sales experience is required (any industry retail, phones, electronics, real estate, hospitality, etc.) Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required we provide full training Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like CRM systems, email, and mobile apps to manage leads and communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you should enjoy talking with people and building relationships Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required High school diploma or GED equivalent Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment for priority consideration! Grainger Honda is HIRING NOW and looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate! If youve had success in other sales rolessuch as wireless sales, electronics, retail, B2B, or customer-facing servicewe want to hear from you. Automotive sales experience is not required, but its definitely a plus. Were happy to train motivated individuals with strong sales backgrounds from other industries.
