Account Manager
The Account Manager is responsible to profitably grow NTW sales, gross margin and share of market in targeted growth channels. The Account Manager will focus on independent dealers and fleets. Success will be achieved through maintaining a customer-centric approach and flawless collaboration with the respective local Distribution Center Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Leadership and other TBC departments and functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively engage and grow current and prospective customers in assigned market ensuring penetration in all channels
- Drive Associate Dealer enrollments and engagements with Independent Tire Dealers
- Unlock NTW's growth potential in the Fleet Channel through new account acquisition and the maintenance of existing fleets accounts
- Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Sales Operations, Finance and many other areas of the business
- Develop strong relationships with customers and supplier partners
- Participate in the deployment of marketing / promotional programs
- Demonstrated ability to convert or transition leads into profitable sales
- Actively facilitate vendor programs with customer base
- Facilitate and communicate NTW specific promotions and programs

Educate dealers regarding Fleet requirements, account growth and salesFacilitate dealer training opportunities and deliver strong presentation skillsDevelop customized business plans to present to customers to assist them in growing their businessAbility to organize and analyze data to aid in the decision-making processUse Salesforce.com to increase interaction with customers, track opportunities and unlock growthHold monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers to show ways to grow their business, and articulate how NTW can help them do soMeet and exceed established sales metrics and targetsBe the voice of the customer and marketplaceOther duties as assignedQualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointProven sales experienceAutomotive, tire experience or other transferrable sales skillsDemonstrated business and financial acumen across the organizationProfessional appearance and virtual / in-person communication skills requiredSelf-motivated and self-directed with a strong results orientationValid drivers license and MOTUS compliant vehicleAbility to work autonomously with limited supervisionSelf-starter; can work independently with little to no daily / weekly guidanceB.A. or B.S. Business, Sales or Marketing preferred3+ years of related business experience in lieu of Bachelor's degreeTravel via car dailyTravel via airplane required on occasionLifting / carrying laptop computer and accessories required on occasionUse of computer keyboard and monitor required dailyUse of telephone required dailyOccasionally lifting up to 35 poundsThis location will be 100% remote in their book of business territoryLittle to no overnight travel requiredBilingual in Spanish / English is a plusBenefits
