Fusco Personnel has been retained to recruit for an Account Operations Associate on behalf of our valued client located in Albany, NY. Responsibilities include :

• Processing Verification of Deposit requests within required turnaround times
• Performing mail processing, record retention, and document destruction in line with company policies
• Compiling and maintaining daily and monthly departmental reports
• Managing return mail and service request categories to ensure timely resolution
• Performing account reconciliations, researching outstanding items, and maintaining documentation
• Providing excellent service to internal and external customers
• Handling IRA / HSA functions and account maintenance for designated products

Qualifications :

Salary Range : $17.00-$20.00 / hr
