We're seeking a Junior Project Manager to support our growing operations and help deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. This role blends administrative coordination, client communication, and project support — ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn the ins and outs of a legacy trade.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and write detailed project estimates and proposals
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to coordinate project details, timelines, and expectations
• Support back-office administrative tasks related to project tracking, scheduling, and documentation
• Collaborate with our senior project managers and operations team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Assist with reviewing architectural drawings, material specifications, and site details when applicable

Compensation

$40,000–$45,000 per year to start. Bonuses, paid vacation & sick time, paid holidays, advancement opportunities.
