Non-CDL Delivery Driver - Urgently Hiring

Position Summary : Cooper-Booth is looking for reliable Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to join our team and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, dispatching between 1 : 00 am - 5 : 00 am

Compensation : Compensation is on a formula basis, based on the routes you deliver.

What You'll Do :

• Safely transport and deliver products to convenience stores.
• Unload trucks using a handcard and food service ramp.
• Handle a variety of totes and cases of product, with some weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Follow all company safety procedures and delivery protocols.

What We're Looking For :

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering packages throughout the shift.
• Experience in physical labor, warehouse work, or delivery is strongly preferred.
• A safety-first mindset and willingness to follow FMCSA and DOT policies and regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
