Head of Product

A company is looking for a Head of Product to lead product management, design, and user research in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow Product Management, Design, and User Research while ensuring alignment across vision and user experience

Define and deliver AI-first product experiences to automate workflows and create new customer value

Partner with Engineering to improve product development velocity and address execution challenges

Required Qualifications

Proven leadership in Product Management, Design, and User Research within a startup or high-growth environment

Prior experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, or enterprise SaaS

Demonstrated success in building AI-first products with familiarity in the latest AI capabilities

Experience in unblocking teams and streamlining processes to accelerate development cycles

Strong user empathy and ability to translate insights into innovative product solutions
