Our agency opened in 2006 and currently has a small, dedicated team. I started my career with State Farm in operations its the only company Ive ever worked for, and over the years, its become a place where Ive built a career rooted in service, trust, and relationships.

Im a proud graduate of University of Louisiana, Ive been married for 25 years and have three kids. Family comes first for me, and I bring that same commitment to my team creating an environment where people are supported not just as employees, but as individuals.

Outside of the office, Ive coached soccer for 17 years, volunteered at my kids schools, and served as Top Dog in the Watch D.O.G.S. program. Im also very active in my church and love giving back to the community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jeff Cain - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
