Pay Rate : $40-$55+ per hour + benefits

As a K-12 school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Southborough, MA, you will play a vital role in supporting students' speech, language, and communication needs through direct services, evaluations, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans tailored to each student's goals
• Provide individual and small group speech-language therapy
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student success
• Maintain documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
