We are seeking negotiation experts for a premier project with one of the world's leading AI labs. In this role, you will apply your subject matter expertise to a cutting-edge initiative involving state-of-the-art large language models. Your contribution will help create high-quality data by modeling how experts approach, strategize, and execute complex negotiations, thereby informing the future of AI innovation.

Qualifications :

• Senior business leader (e.g., partner-level consultant, C-suite executive, senior corporate development professional) or an academic (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) with deep negotiation experience.
• Have demonstrated experience in designing, executing, and debriefing high-stakes negotiations, including :
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Labor contracts
• Cross-border joint ventures
• Crisis settlements
• Multilateral climate / ESG agreements
• Publish or teach advanced material on negotiation strategy, behavioral decision-making, or game-theoretic bargaining.
• Regularly lead executive programs or advise on complex, high-stakes deals.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a nuanced understanding of strategic dynamics in negotiation.
