• Apply proven business leadership to build and operate the business successfully.
• Manage personal finances responsibly and maintain financial readiness.
• Establish and nurture a strong team culture aligned with the Chick-fil-A brand values.
• Demonstrate the Aloha spirit through outstanding customer service and operations.

Qualifications

This opportunity is not for those seeking a passive investment or looking to sell property to Chick-fil-A, Inc. It is also not compatible with requests for Chick-fil-A, Inc. to build at a specific location.
