Design Assistant

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Design Assistant to join our design team. If you're passionate about fashion, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want hands-on experience in the fashion development process from sketch to sample, this opportunity is for you!

What You'll Do :

• Provide general administrative support, including showroom prep and maintaining department organization
• Manage incoming and outgoing packages, including sample tracking and coordination
• Assist in prepping our seasonal sample line by photographing store-bought samples, logging details into Basecamp, and managing store returns.
• Manage fabric swatches, trims, and materials, ensuring accurate records and seasonal libraries. Cut fabric and color chips for seasonal meetings.
• Help create line sheets in Miro, as well as CADs and presentation decks
• Create technical sketches, CADs, and line sheets using Adobe Illustrator
• Prepare tech packs
