Compensation Range

$81,300.00 - $122,000.00 Annual Salary.

Job Description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

• Work with on-site project team to update models to reflect as-built conditions.
• Utilize Revit, AutoCAD & Navisworks to manage the project coordination effort.
• Develop accurate Layout, detail and coordination drawings using Revit, AutoCAD & Navisworks.
• Establish and maintain detailed project standards and improve systems for consistent layout, detailing, and coordination across the division.
• Lead the implementation of these technologies on large-scale construction projects.
• Manage, train, and supervise project team members on creation, manipulation & updating of drawings.
• Provide technical support for Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM software and hardware.
• Assist with the development and setup of BIM Model Server platform.
• Integrate 3D Laser Scanning into project procedures.
• Stay updated on hardware and software capabilities and train others accordingly.
• Collaborate with Swinerton Labs and The Center For Excellence.
• Understand commercial construction methods and practices.
• Create digital images, renderings & videos for marketing and proposals.
• Support and develop firm-wide BIM standards with IT and VDC staff.
• Participate in the adoption of Virtual Design & Construction programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
