Senior Director of Business Development

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies

Develop and execute account plans for top-tier strategic accounts to identify expansion opportunities

Negotiate and close complex multi-year master service agreements and project-based contracts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline

Master's or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Data Science, or a related field highly preferred

Experience in business development or enterprise sales within the Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry

Deep understanding of biometrics services and their role in drug development

Ideal location on the East Coast of the US
