R&D Manager, Gummy

A company is looking for a Research & Development Manager, Gummy.

Key Responsibilities

Create a remote lab for benchtop experimentation and rapid prototyping

Lead formulation experiments to accelerate product development and innovation

Collaborate with manufacturers to scale-up production and improve product quality

Required Qualifications

3+ years in confectionery product development, preferably with gummy experience

Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field

Technical skills in formulation development and production scale-up

Experience in building an R&D lab from scratch (bonus points)

Strong organizational abilities to maintain work environment and equipment
