Full Time Nanny Position in Milpitas, CA (95035)

A lovely family in Milpitas (near the Great Mall) is currently looking for a Full-Time Nanny to care for their infant daughter. This role is ideal for an experienced infant care provider comfortable with developmentally-appropriate engagement, routine, and supporting work-from-home parents.

A caring, attentive nanny is needed to support a 4.5-month-old baby girl starting January 2026. The family needs temporary coverage for approximately 6–8 weeks while they prepare to begin a full-time nanny search later in the spring.

Start Date : January 5, 2026

End Date : Mid-February 2026 ( OR ongoing if candidate desires to stay on through the family’s 8-week parental leave from mid-February through mid-April)

Note : The family will begin an 8-week parental leave mid-February through mid-April. Ideally, they would love to keep the same caregiver when they return, but this is not required.

Weekly schedule : Monday–Thursday

Hours : 6–8 hours per day

Start Time : As early as 8 : 00 AM, no later than 9 : 00 AM

End Time : Flexible depending on daily schedule

Rate : $21 per hour

• 5 paid personal days per year
• 5 paid sick days per year

The family is seeking temporary full-time care for approximately 6–8 hours / day, 4 days / week until they begin parental leave in mid-February through mid-April. Upon their return, they would love to continue with the same caregiver, but this is not required.
