Field Technician (Nokia)

If so, our team is searching for an impactful Field Technician to join us in taking the next big leap forward!

You should possess a balance of wireless industry exposure, coupled with the ability to be independent and cover a wide area of sites in our market. You will be an Operations generalist, encompassing aspects of technical support, project management, and operational support while being a responsible teammate.

Responsibilities

• Technical support : Provides technical support within the network and occasionally outside immediate team. Executes network performance initiatives, troubleshoots to outage resolution, performs routine site maintenance and works to identify day-to-day improvement opportunities. Maintains all assigned tools and test equipment, including a company provided vehicle.
• Project management : Tackles smaller projects or portions of key projects / initiatives, providing accurate status and progress updates as requested.
• Operations : Identifies and shares potential process improvements and recommends them to Senior Technicians and / or management for consideration. Provides input on process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities. Assists in creation of job aids, scopes of work, method / statement of procedure, and conducive tools working closely with a Senior Technician.
• Continuous learning : Enrolls in and completes training requirements to stay current on existing and new systems and products, to grow skills, and to expand proficiency in what we value and organizational requirements.

Base Pay Range : $27.16 - $48.99

Corporate Bonus Target : 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
