We are growing, so we our expanding our remote team. We are seeing motivated individuals who enjoy assisting others plan meaningful experiences. In this role, you will coordinate reservations for clients worldwide, including accommodations, cruises, activities, transportation, and special events.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with organization, communication, and problem-solving. You will receive ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and access to exclusive perks while working fully remote.
Responsibilities :
- Create personalized itineraries for each client
- Research and coordinate reservations through multiple vendors
- Identify client preferences and offer tailored recommendations
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve booking-related issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
