California Licensed Customer Service Rep

A company is looking for a Call for Release - Customer Service Representative (California) Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate vehicle release and pickup by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies

Maintain accurate vehicle files and notes while meeting daily performance goals

Participate in team meetings and assist teammates as needed

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role

High school diploma or GED

Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
