Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and a passion for advocating for clients in various employment-related disputes. Client has offices nationwide and offers excellent growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation related to employment disputes, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment cases.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and case development.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Advise clients on employment law matters and provide guidance on compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes as needed.
• Stay current on developments in employment law and litigation trends to provide informed legal counsel.
