Obstetrician / Gynecologist – Allen, TX

Full-Time | Outpatient & Surgical | Collaborative Team | Work-Life Balance

An innovative, women-centered health practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB / GYN to join a growing care team in Allen, Texas . This full-scope role includes outpatient OB / GYN care , surgical procedures , and participation in a thoughtfully structured call model. You’ll be supported by a comprehensive team—including CNMs, LCSWs, lactation consultants, and patient educators —as well as smart clinical systems designed to improve efficiency and engagement.

What to Expect :

2.5 days in clinic + 1 surgery day per week

1 : 4 call rotation providing backup to CNM hospitalists, with PRN pool coverage for time off

Outpatient clinic conveniently located on the hospital campus

Ideal Candidates Will Have :

Board certification or eligibility in OB / GYN

A passion for team-based care and collaborative practice models

Active DEA license and state licensure at the time of start

Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
