Are you passionate about helping individuals with disabilities build skills, confidence, and community connections? Community Access Unlimited (CAU) is seeking a dedicated Life Skills Instructor to support members of our Day Program in reaching their goals for independence and personal growth.

General Description

As a Life Skills Instructor, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting adults with disabilities through meaningful daily activities, work training, and community-based experiences - all while ensuring their safety, well-being, and inclusion.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• A background in education or experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued. Preference given to candidates with prior experience in employment services and / or providing direct support.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable car for work purposes.
• Willingness to attend mandatory paid orientation and ongoing training. Training schedules are flexible and are offered during day and evening hours.
