Assess road conditions, traffic patterns, and real-time threats, and evaluate site layouts to secure entry and exit points, parking areas, and transition zones for safe and seamless client movement. Maintain constant situational awareness while in transit or stationary. Identify potential risks or suspicious behavior early and apply proactive, discreet measures to neutralize or avoid threats without disrupting the client's experience. Respond decisively to critical incidents such as hostile encounters, vehicle ambushes, or medical emergencies. Execute appropriate tactical or medical response procedures to ensure the client's immediate safety and well-being. Coordinate with local, state, or federal law enforcement when needed. Ensure legal compliance, facilitate emergency response, and support continuity of operations during escalated situations. Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when interacting with clients, family members, guests, and third parties. Handle all personal and operational information with absolute discretion. Collaborate with executive protection agents, residential security teams, and operational staff to maintain coordinated movements, consistent communication, and full-spectrum protective coverage. Remain ready and adaptable to support dynamic schedules, including extended shifts, last-minute deployments, and after-hours movements. Adjust to evolving client needs and mission requirements with flexibility and professionalism. BSIS Guard Card BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW | LEOSA | HR218) BSIS Appropriate Use of Force Certification BSIS Powers to Arrest Certification First Aid, CPR, & AED Certification (for Adults, Children, & Infants) High level of physical fitness and stamina; able to meet demanding operational requirements. Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in conflict management, crisis de-escalation, and emotional intelligence. Ability to operate effectively both independently and as part of a high-performance team. Calm, composed, and resilient under pressure. Strong cultural awareness and professional interpersonal skills. Proficient in advanced security technologies, including CCTV systems, access control, alarm systems, and secure communications platforms. Advanced medical training (e.g., TCCC, EMR, or equivalent certifications). Established professional network within law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant government agencies. Proven track record in executive protection and VIP client security operations. Client-focused, discreet, and committed to service excellence. Highly dependable and adaptable to evolving operational demands and shifting priorities. Demonstrates the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all engagements.
