RESPONSIBILITIES :
Greet customers promptlyObtain customer and vehicle informationClearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer to the work orderDetermine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehiclePrepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and partsCommunicate updates with each customer a minimum of 2 times daily for drop offsMonitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently who are waitingVerify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order being as detailed as possibleExplain all completed work and charges to customersREQUIREMENTS :
Previous experience as a Chrysler Service Advisor or a Dealership Service Consultant is a MUST!Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer SatisfactionAbove average energy levelA desire for a long term career with a growing organizationPersonal and professional integrityGood knowledge of automobilesPositive, friendly attitudeMust be able work SaturdaysValid driver’s licenseAbility to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Fast learnerGood written and verbal communication skillsTeam playerMust have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen.
