Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MIG Welder to join our team. This position requires the ability to work independently from blueprints and shop drawings to fabricate, assemble, and weld a variety of metal components. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency while producing strong, precise welds on both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform MIG welding to achieve required mechanical strength and quality on various materials and products.
• Read, interpret, and work from customer and shop drawings with minimal supervision.
• Select appropriate welding equipment, current, voltage, and wire based on job requirements.
• Assemble and set up parts using clamps, tacks, and blocks to meet part specifications and minimize distortion.
• Apply various welding techniques to meet specific project and material requirements.
• Use air-operated and small hand tools during fabrication processes.
• Understand and follow company work ticket and time card systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
