Job description

We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Waco, TX. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for hospitality, exceptional sales ability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of event sales — including building and maintaining client relationships, securing venue rentals, developing business partnerships, and executing effective marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Competitive position with a salary range of $35,000 to $42,000. Ideal candidates excel in high-pressure environments, demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, and maintain strong attention to detail.   • Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with clients to grow the corporate and event business
  • Conduct research to identify and target potential clients for event sales opportunities
  • Generate new leads and diligently follow up on sales prospects
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Develop comprehensive event sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance profitability
  • Grow with a fast-growing business that understands success. Qualifications :
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and / or event planning in the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft suite and the technical aptitude to learn new systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • US Work Authorization Compensation : $35,000 - $42,000 yearly
