Job descriptionEngage prospective clients to assess insurance needs and present appropriate coverage options via phone, video, or in-person meetings if desired. Build and maintain trust-based client relationships through clear, empathetic communication and professional service. Manage client records and follow up to ensure continuity of service and long-term relationship building. Participate in regular training and team meetings to maintain product knowledge and sales skills. Collaborate with agency leadership on outreach and community engagement initiatives. Military spouses, partners, and family members are encouraged to apply Current state life and health insurance license preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain required licensing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and professionalism in client interactions. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a remote schedule and business activities independently. Comfort with basic technology, including CRM systems, video conferencing, and standard office software (training provided). High school diploma or equivalent, valid U.S. driver’s license, ' Be teachable, coachable, trainable and the desire to make a difference Uncapped earning potential with raise eligibility beginning in the first month (incremental increases tied to benchmarks). Role overview
- Fully remote sales role focused on advising families on life insurance and retirement solutions.
- Flexible schedule that accommodates Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves, Temporary Duty (TDY), and deployments.
- Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and marketing support provided; no prior insurance experience required.
