As the Director, Managed Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization's sales strategies. Operating at the intersection of leadership and hands-on sales expertise, you will construct the overall strategy for success and work closely with Account Executives in driving strategic sales growth and delivering exceptional results for our National & Regional chain customers.

Duties include designing strategic plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients and evaluating costs to determine customer pricing and construct contract proposals. Managing and developing your team of

Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Lead, mentor, and inspire sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the team

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

Lead major client negotiations and ensure sustainable profitability and exceptional customer satisfaction

Utilize data analytics to assess sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement

Develop and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics

Work closely with marketing, procurement, and sales teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives

Collaborate with sales operations and finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and plans

The ideal candidate should possess :

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets

Understanding of sales metrics and data-informed decision making

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization

Organizational and time-management skills
