Lead Welder - Direct Employment - Will pay up to $45 / hr.

Job Description

Join our team as a Lead Welder, In this role, you will lead and drive the 2nd shift to ensure smooth operations while also actively participating in welding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 2nd shift welding team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform stainless steel MIG welding to build custom fertilizer bins and other components.
• Read blueprints and perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel pipes, sheet metal, plates, and channels.
• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using .035-.045 diameter fluxcore hardwire welding equipment.
• Perform custom welding tasks, working in and around tanks as required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00 / hr.
